Timeline

The submission to ICSC 2020/21 is currently closed.

We plan to open again for a limited number of submissions in May 2021. For these, only poster presentation format is possible.

We will also allow the authors of the accepted contributions to update their abstracts/full-text papers if necessary.

All presenters must register (and pay the fee) as the conference participants.

Submission types

Scientific paper. A paper is expected to have a clear research question and use scientific methods to answer it. Scientific papers will go through the peer-review process done by the ICSC Scientific Committee. A selection of papers will be recommended for submission to a special issue of ‘Accident Analysis & Prevention’ journal.

Short technical paper. A technical paper is expected to describe practical results from projects or initiatives related to the conference topics. The length of a short paper is limited to 6 pages. The technical papers will be reviewed, too.

The same template is used regardless of the paper type.

Submission process

ICSC uses EasyChair platform to manage the submissions. To uploaded/update your submission, log into the system. Choose ‘author’ among the available roles and go to your already created submission.

Update paper details (abstract, keywords, etc.) if necessary by clicking ‘Update information’ in the right top corner menu. To upload the full paper, choose ‘Add file’.
